Seriously dry hands??
My hands are so so dry, to the point that they feel quite rough. I don't wash them excessively and I moisturize fairly regularly...is there anything else I can do to make them a bit softer? Would soaking them in heavy duty moisturizer and sleeping with cotton socks on my hands help at all?

Scrub them in a mixture of brown sugar and olive oil, then slather them with Vaseline right before bed - you can wear cotton gloves too if you want, or socks. That should help a lot.
For day, I love the norwegian formula hand cream by Neutrogena.

I LOVE CRABTREE & EVELYN, but I use the La Source Hand Therapy. I'm assuming they must be very similar, maybe just different fragrance. I highly recommend also. :)
