Well, we shouldn't have to worry about pumping this thing out for a while! We have a huge septic tank (2,000 gallons), and two huge cesspools(5,000 gallons each) installed now. Image Attachment(s):

The town calculates every room that CAN be a bedroom with minimal effort (my office, library, and toy rooms are all "bedrooms"). They then assume that 4 people can sleep in each bedroom.
According to their math, I have to have a system that can support 28 people!
I hope the 4 of us don't overflow the system.....
