semen analysis for DH

i am making DH an appointment for his tomorrow. he was supposed to go over a month ago and has been slacking so i said i would make him the appt.

so - does he go there and like leave the sample? how does it work?
dr. B gave me the script and a cup for DH when i first started seeing him in november. does that mean we can BD and he can get the sample that way? or can i go with him and umm help??

i have no idea how this works and i just want to make it easier for him so he's not nervous and gives the best sample lol...

DH should be able to get the sample at home, but he just needs to have it at the lab within an hour.

my DH collected the sample at home and brought it to the lab within an hour. we were given instructions with the collection cup. when you make the appointment, i would ask them the protocol. who knows if different labs have different requirements. typically if you are within an hour of the lab, they let you collect at home (if that is his preference).
