Seltzer
I really don't like water and am trying my best to keep hydrated. However, my ankles and feet are very swollen today so obviously, I'm not drinking enough. Is seltzer just as good as water? It's just carbonated water, right? Is the carbonation not good for me???

It's fine. just make sure it's sodium free. I know some Seltzer has sodium in it.

I drink water, a lot, but, when I want to "change it up", I definitely have seltzer!
I usually have seltzer with lunch and dinner.

It's fine. Have you tried doctoring up your water a bit with lemon/lime or other fruits? Sometimes I use mint leaves and it's really tasty.

Sometimes when i feeling like I want the taste for somtheing other than water, i will mix a little Crystal Light to go packet into it and have a little raspberry lemonade.
