Selling Vent
We live in Westchester in a townhouse and have been on the market since November, so not that long. By the eighth day, we had a buyer, a home inspection and were ready to go. Well, the deal fell through because the buyers could not sell their home. This was followed by 2 more buyers who fell through for the same reason.
So we finally stumbled upon buyer #4 who came yesterday for the Home inspection. He was suppose to hear back from the buyers for his house yesterday and have the contracts returned to him, but nothing yet. I can't help but feel so frustrated and concerned that we may have another one falling through the cracks. I am just sick of being kicked out of my house every weekend so people can trample through and look at it.
Sorry, just had to get that off of my chest....

I am only on the buying end right now, but I keep saying to DH, I can't even imagine what its like to have to sell a place and buy a place at the same time!
Hang in there, you'll get a buyer! Maybe this one will be it!

I know exactly how you feel as we are in the same situation  It is so disruptive to your life having people coming and going all of the time.
Hang in there - the right buyers will come along soon enough and the headache will be over and you'll be in your new home

What is worse is that we have a house to go to, but are afraid of getting stuck with two houses. I told DH that we are NEVER buying another house....

I know the frustration as that is our siutation as well. We are going to close on our house in April and we need to have our co-op bought and closed on before then.
