Sellers - your listing and lockboxes
How did you list your home please? Do you have a lockbox on your door or do buyers need to schedule an appointment? If they have to schedule an appointment, is your agent always there or do you have to open the door sometimes?

Re: Sellers - your listing and lockboxes
We have a lock box outside. Appts get set up through our agent's office and they give out the code. We get notified via phone and email when there is an appt and can cancel it if we need to.

Re: Sellers - your listing and lockboxes
the lock box is used so that other realtors can show the house with out having to pick up a key
buyers should never be coming to you house alone- with out an agent
if the house I want to show has the lock box - I just call, make the appointment and get the code
then I accompany the buyer to the property
