sections in wantagh

Does any one know what all these sections in North Wantagh/ Levittown mean. there are all these D sections and T sections and W sections.

All of the streets in the area begin with that letter. I lived in the T section for 5 years. Mostly Levitt style homes, very quiet neighborhood.
It's the area between the Southern State, Wantagh Avenue, Jerusalem Avenue, and Seaman Neck Road.

I believe the D section is on the direct other side of Wantagh Avenue, south of the Southern State.

I think the W section is just north of the Southern state between Wantagh Avenue and North Jerusalem Rd.

ETA: Levittown has a lot of sections like this. There is a bird section, a flower section, etc.

The PP is correct. All of those houses go to Levittown school district. For elementary school, the D section does to Lee Road, the T section goes to East Broadway, and the W section goes to Gardiners Ave. All three sections go to Salk MS and MacArthur HS.
