Secondary IF - HSG test?
If this is your second baby - did you have another HSG?
We conceived my son on our 5th iui and we just started going back to the RE to try and have another baby. He doesn't suspect anything would be blocking, but I could do another HSG if I want. Did anyone do this? ANy thoughts? We did one unmedicated iui but will do another cycle with follistim in Sept. We can't do another cycle until then b/c of travel, but I was thinking maybe now is the time to do the HSG then - but not sure if it makes sense. KWIM?

Re: Secondary IF - HSG test?
I would have the HSG before starting any treatment, to make sure all is clear before going through meds etc.
I'd hate to go through cycles and then have an HSG later if unsuccessful because if the HSG indicates a blockage I'd feel like everyhing before was a "waste", kwim?

Re: Secondary IF - HSG test?
I'd do the HSG when you're ready to cycle again. The HSG makes you more fertile for the following 3 months, so I'd take advantage of that.
After 2 failed IUIs, I had my HSG around CD 10, had my IUI a week later and that was my BFP! I don't know that it was just b/c I had the HSG, but it couldn't have hurt!
