second DS 3yr old gift
I feel bad, but I don't have any ideas for what to get my DS for his 3rd birthday. I don't even know what to tell people to get him.
His older brother just turned 5. He knows what he wants and they both play with the same stuff. Most of their stuff is in great condition too.
He has tons of clothes that I either got or handed down from his brother since it literally goes right to him. They're only 1 size apart and most of the time can fit in the same clothes (DS1 is small for his age and DS2 is average so they are close in size).
He's got books, a tricycle, tons of cars, racetracks, lots of books, games, puzzles, train table, etc.
Anyone else feel like there is nothing to get their second or third that already has everything from older sibling. Even when DS1 got these race cars it came with two cars and remotes so they each get one.

Anything that he is into that his brother is not, like a tv show or type of toy that you could get him? How about something to play with outside, since its summer, or some sort of magazine subscription for toddlers like Disney Junior or Highlights makes one for 2-5 year olds. Its not a "gift" that he can open on his birthday, but kids love to get mail addressed to them.

Yes, I feel the same way...especially with 4 boys!!!
For my 3 yr olds birthday, some people gave money, and we got a bounce house.

LOL! We got a bounce house last year for DS1's 4th birthday.
I will say outside toys. Can't go wrong with beach and pool stuff.
Clothes are always fine too.

yep here, I have a 6yo and 3yo sons. Its hard. I sometimes feel like he gets short changed because I literally dont know what to get him or what to tell others to get him!
