DH and I went to buy a tv there a couple weeks ago. He had a gift card for a large amount, otherwise we would have gone elsewhere. We saw a tv advertised and went to the store the day the ad came out.

The tv was out of stock. However, we were told we could buy the same size tv, another brand, for $50 more. Chat Icon Then we were told we could order the sale tv, which we did.

It was supposed to arrive Monday. I have called daily and no one knew anything. This morning I got a message saying it *may* ship by April 2, but no arrival date.

I am so annoyed. Sears used to be great, but they have really gone downhill. We had a huge debacle with our dishwasher last year and we only went there because of the gift card.
