Scrambled eggs were a bust!

I decided to give DS some scrambled eggs today and he hated them! He gagged and gagged and then spit up the piece he ate. I am pretty sure it is a texture thing. They were cooked pretty well so they weren't too mushy, but they weren't what he is use to eating. He picked up a piece and mashed it up and then I put a piece in his mouth. He gagged immediately. My Mom kept telling me to try it again. I kept telling her no, he is going to throw up. She kept pushing so I tried again. He gagged so hard that he threw up...I know my son! I don't know if I should try a hard boiled egg next...He is limited to what he can eat because of dairy/soy allergies.

DS hates scrambled eggs. However, if I make a fried egg (over medium so nothing is runny) and dip a piece of toast into the yolk, he'll eat it that way.
