Scott Disick's mother, Bonnie Disick, has died. She was 63 years old.

"E! News" confirmed the sad news about Bonnie's death on Thursday. Scott, who was raised as an only child in Long Island, and Kourtney Kardashian have been in New York since last week.

Scott's mom died on Oct. 28, according to Us Weekly, and her wake was held on Wednesday, Oct. 30.

Radar was the first to report on the death and the funeral, saying that Scott is "devastated" over the loss as he was "very close to his mother."

"Scott and Kourtney traveled from Los Angeles to Long Island for Bonnie’s funeral,” a source told the tabloid. “It was a small affair. There was just a handful of people. No other Kardashians beyond Kourtney attended. But the entire family is saddened with the news of Bonnie’s passing. They loved her so much.”

Although a cause of death has not yet been revealed, reports claim Bonnie died after a long illness, the Los Angeles Times noted.

She is survived by her husband, Jeff.

This happened over 2 weeks ago. I didn't read about it until just now. I am surprised it wasn't more publicized. Maybe if Scott would have married Kourtney and taken her last name it would have been bigger news.

It's interesting how this story wasn't revealed until 2 weeks after she passed. Further proof to me that Kris leaks every single story about them to the press!
