Scott....
What problems are you having with Tiny?
It seems this trainer that you dealt with is turning your lifestyle with the dog upside down.
I'm not disagreeing with everything he said, but it seems like there are a lot of drastic changes being suggested.
Maybe, you should look into a company or trainer that is a little less aggressive with changes.

We like the trainer. He came highly recommended.
We know the training is going to take some time and we have been doing some each day.
He has been sitting and going to his place.(his little hang out spot that we have set up for him...with a big comfy bed that he loves).
As for the changes....some of them we will do in time. We love when he sleeps with us but its not every night. Last night he slept down stairs on the couch.
Anyway...The trainer is coming this week.....we will take it weekly.
