Sciatica pain
So my sciatica is really acting up. it was tolerable last week but Saturday we went for a 4 hour hike in the woods and Sunday I cleaned the house all day.... So I can barely move today......
Any one have any suggestions or stretches that work for them....
Help

I don't have any cures but just wanted to say Go You for doing a 4 hr hike in the woods!!! That's awesome. I never would have made it.

 It was fine when I was doing it...but that night adn teh next day...ouch!
We go every weekend with the dogs and a bunch of friends! Trying to stay in some shape! lol
I will have to look into a prenatal massage... I'm in agony today...

awwwww sweetie, ice packs!! the area is inflamed right now, that's why you're feeling it! try putting something cold on the area that hurts, and rest!!
