Sciatica
What do your symptoms feel like? What do you do to make it feel better?
I've diagnosed myself with it based on the pain I feel in my left leg (but it could be something else?). It started on Sturday night in my thigh and and knee. I kept my leg up yesterday and although it subsided some, it still feels kind of sore. Sound familiar to anyone?

Sciatica pain is the shooting nerve pain from your butt down your leg or even up your spine. It starts in your butt cheek. When you have it.. you'll know it! Trust me!
I've been having really bad Sciatica pain starting in third trimester. Nothing really helps, but, stretching the area helps temporarily. Also, by going on all four and rocking takes the baby off the back and help relieve some of that pain as well.

I had it twice so far..never in my knee?? It usually runs down the butt into my leg, I'm sure it will happen again, one of those lucky pregnancy symptoms I will be getting throughout I will take it though  I try to relax and yes legs up will make it feel a little better. Hope you feel better soon!!
