Sciatic Pain
I got it early on with my son and this week it started. I waddle when I walk it hurts so much! I want to go for preatal massage but my friend won't touch me until I hit the 2nd trimester. I am sitting on a heating pad now. If you have this what helps you?

My pain comes and goes. I just move positions and it stops hurting. I just started getting it the other day.

I find stretching and having DH massage the area helps me a lot. Also try to not sit too long at one time and keep your feet up as much as possible. Feel better
