Scheduling Classes and Nap Time
DS has always taken a morning nap - its his good nap. Lately that's been a 2 hr. nap - would you sign up for a class (its only once a week) that is most likely during that time? He'd still get an hr. sleep probably, but it would alter the day - is it worth it?
DS is 9 months, its swim class with DH.

Re: Scheduling Classes and Nap Time
I think it totally depends on the child.
I know for my DD, if I woke her before she was ready to finish a nap, she's a cranky mess until bedtime. So, I would say no, I wouldn't schedule a class during naptime.
If your DC would be okay with one of his naps being cut short, then I'd say go for it.

Re: Scheduling Classes and Nap Time
This was hard for us bc if DS's nap schedule in the morning. He could nap anywhere from 30mins to 2 hours. When I signed him up for my gym at 9:30 I took that into consideration. I liked that they had days of free plays so I could get my moneys worth if we missed a class. I wouldnt sign him up again at that time if it was only once a week thing though.
