SCARY Thanksgiving Trivia...
I am a calorie counter and this scares the sh*t out of me!!
The average Thanksgiving meal contains around 3,000 calories and 229 grams of fat. Yikes!

I also heard that on average, most people only gain about 1 pound during the holidays, so don't worry about it too much!

It's just so unhealthy to ingest that many calories in one sitting... Even if you are not watching your weight-- everyone should be careful!
