scary pick up today at daycare
I went today to pick up the kids from daycare, and there was an ambulance in the parking lot. Turns out one of our favorite teachers had a seizure in the playground, right in front of the kids.  The kids were all taken inside, but all I saw was her laying there with blood coming out of her mouth and unconscious. I am so scared right now for her.

Thanks ladies 
The director of the school just called me at home. The teacher was released from the ER after only a few hours. She will have to follow up with the neurologist but they are 90% she is fine, that it was a one time thing possibly caused my new meds, and she should be back at work not this Monday, but the Monday after. I feel bad for those poor kids, especially the 4 and 5 year olds in her class. They were horrified, and one little girl was screaming in another teachers arms, please don't let miss lisa die please don't let her go to heaven. The poor thing, I am sure she will have a difficult night tonight at home.

OMG, how sad
she sounds like an amazing teacher
I hope that little girl knows that she is better and will be back to school in no time

I confirmed with the director that she did call this child's mother and the mother was going to talk to her tonight. A little girl in my DS's class has a brother in the pre-k class, and that mother called me tonight. She said her son is refusing to go back to school tomorrow if they have to go in "that playground". I'm just a wreck over this, even though neither of my children is in the Pre-K class, we know her from the playgrounds at pick up time and sometimes she "closes" with the 2 year olds. She LOVES my son, and her daughter actually watched my kids a few times. I know I need to get over it, it's just so hard. Thank God my son didn't notice, he's to little.
