sausage - i am so dumb
i was craving sausage and peppers... so i cooked dinner and DH ate later than me when he got home from work. When he got home and went to eat, he said that he thought the sausage was undercooked. It needed maybe 5 more minutes. I said, "I ATE THAT SAUSAGE." I am the WORST cook, and now i am soooo stressed out .
sorry girls, just had to vent - i'm so upsest with myself.

there were plenty of thigns i ate that were questionable... even at the end when all I craved was tuna-- i went and ate it... like everyday
if you feel queasy or are throwing up-- call your doc-- if not Im sure it'll be ok

Don't worry! We all eat things we probably shouldn't at one point or another.

as long as you feel okay, i'm sure it is fine. I'm sure most of us have eaten undercooked things too

Re: sausage - i am so dumb
Thank you so much ladies. I'm feeling better about it since I feel fine today. DH made me feel better, too. He's a pretty honest guy - if he really thought I did something dumb, he'd let me know! But he just kept joking about it last night.
I'm still not cooking for a while though!

Re: sausage - i am so dumb
I am about 15 weeks and you should see what i eat...rare meat, blue cheese, sugar free drinks with god knows what is in it, and I have had undercooked sausage, hotdogs and everything else more than I can count. My husband has a problem with the grilling!!! My grandfather told me to have a couple of sips of wine to take care of any potential food ailments. He said my grandmother did it and she had 8 kids - 5 are doctors and 3 are professors - didn't hurt them!!
