does anyone wear one when you jog? does it really make you lose weight faster?

I wear neoprene shorts and also a neoprene waist trimmer when I work out. They make you sweat like crazy and I have lost a lot of inches on my thighs and butt.
The waist trimmer is excellent for back support when working out.
These are the shorts I have.

the suits make you sweat more so you lose water weight.....not body fat.
