Sauce... for the umteenth time
What brand of tomatoes do you use?
I used Ronzonni (blue can - not sure) and they were very sour. I added sugar and now it tastes like Ragu/Prego.

my favorite is sclafani but its hard to find so i usually end up using redpack or tutorosso

san marzano. they are the best IMO and never taste sour/metallic to me.

We use homemade, but when i used canned I prefer redpack.
I only really use puree cause DH can't eat seeds

yeah.. I don't remember the brand I get from the Pork Store.. but it's always San Marzano type.
