"Sauce" for ham?
We're having brunch on Christmas eve and I'm making a ham. We will put out bread and rolls so people can have a sandwich if they want to. I'm going to put out mustard and mayo but am looking for a third choice of condiment to put with it. I have a serving piece that has 3 bowls and need to fill up the other one! Suggestions?

Re: "Sauce" for ham?
I make a brown sugar raisin gravy. I cannot find the recipe, but I found one online that sounds very very similar
1 3/4 c. water 1 c. raisins 1/3 c. brown sugar, packed 1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch 2 tbsp. cold water 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. dry mustard 1/4 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. ground cloves 1 tbsp. white vinegar
Bring water to the boil. Add raisins and boil for 5 minutes. Stir in sugar; reduce heat to medium. Combine cornstarch and cold water and stir into mixture. Stir in next 4 ingredients and cook until thickened. Stir in vinegar. Serve sauce warm over cooked ham.
