Sarah Jessica Parker has gotten her trademark mole removed, a source close to the star tells FOXNews.com.
Photos snapped of the actress at Tuesday night's Major League Baseball All-Star Game caused speculation that the actress had the beauty mark removed.
The "Sex and the City" star's chin appeared mark-free at the game, where she joined Sheryl Crow and MLB Commissioner Bud Selig in a public service announcement to raise money for cancer research.
A slight blemish was evident on her chin, but it was unclear whether Parker had covered up her mole or had a mark left after its possible

It probably changed & she needed it removed. Can't be cosmetic after all of this time with it.

wow - she looks nice w/o it!
maybe it got bigger over the years - i know they can grow as time goes on. or, like others said, she could have been advised by a doc that (at this point) it is better to have it taken off.
i had a small birth mark on my face removed several years ago - no where near the size of hers lol - it was, well, it almost looked like a freckle - it was not really raised but it bothered me - it was on the side of my face.
$350 later - it was off by a plastic surgeon - i was delighted! wore a small butterfly bandaid for about a week.... my CLOSEST friends were like "omg did you get in a fight?"  apparently, it was so small i was the ONLY one who noticed or cared about it.
even people that see me everyday never even knew it was there.
but it made me happy 
regardless of the reason - if that is what she wants: yay!
