May be a genius idea. I don't know anyone who would bring little kids with them & go to the mall just for photos.

Some of the churches have breakfast with santa on sunday...Our Lady of Lourdes in Massapequa has it, its 8 dollars for adults (donation) and santa will be there, picture and craft is included....and breakfast included
