sanibel florida?
has anyone ever stayed at the tortuga beach club resort? My DH and I want a nice easy getaway with the kids and thinking of staying here. what is there to do? is it kid friendly? is there anything in the area for us to do? TIA

we stayed at Tween waters in Captiva...it was definitely child friendly there!

We have a unit at Casaybel!
I LOVE Sanibel! There is alot of seashell picking (they are known for that) for the kids, there are outlets (just over the bridge in Fort Meyers), shopping locally on the island, tons of delish restaurants, little drama theatres, pools, shuffleboard.. there is alot to do there...We've been going for years now. It's also VERY relaxing for mommy and daddy.
If you have enough time, def take a trip over to Captiva (right next door). there's kayaking there
