samantha had her two week visit today (a little early but still!)
 She is continuing to gain weight which is nice and she is 6 lbs 9 oz - not quite at her original birth weight yet but she is also under 2 weeks so the pediatrician is not concerned! She is doing great still and is the highlight of our life! (She is still sleeping about 5 hrs at a time at night which is great- our ped. has the rule "don't wake a sleeping baby" too which is nice!) - of course in the daytime she requires food every two hrs but thats fine! We can't believe how fast time flew already - her next appt is the 8 week one where she gets her first shots  (luckily we made it for when daddy can come too!)
she also lost her umbilical cord last night - and although dh and i were gorssed out and thought maybe it was infected, it is fine....so soon we will have a real bath not just a sponge one!!
SORRY THE PICS ARE SO SO SO SO BIG!!
