salmon teriyaki.. steam it with some lemon wedges.. drizzle teriyaki sauce and slightly pan fry for few seconds to get a good crust and then serve hot

I make a glaze and then bake it.
my glaze is honey, dijon mustard, a little lime or lemon juice and brown sugar mixed together. Make enough to cover all the fillets and extra to throw on after it is cooked.

I marinate with soy, lemon, lots of minced ginger and garlic and some olive oil. Then I bake it. It's our favorite preparation and seems to eliminate some fo the 'fishiness'.
