Sorry, never done burgers. I've only cooked it on the bbq or in the rotisserie, but whole.

Thanks!! I will search on the internet. I was just hoping someone may have one that they use and love. My husband tends to be a bit picky when it comes to fish but recently he had salmon balls and really liked it.
