SAHM's - Jury Duty??

Do you have to go? I am assigned next week but i'm wonderng if I actually have to go. My mother can watch DS but I'm curious if having an infant is an exemption.

Wishful thinking?

i think that there is a way you can post pone it because you are the primary care giver for your DC i think there was a section on the form sent or a phone number ...read the paper you recieved there should be something you can do.

You can postpone since you are teh primary caregiver. You need to send a letter stating you are the primary caregiver, do not work full time and send a copy of your DC's birth certificate. It makes you exempt for 2 years and if you get called again, you can just do the exemption again!
