safety gate for stairs

A while back I saw a safety gate that goes at the top of a staircase. One side had what looked like zip ties that attach to the banister and the other side was mounted to the wall. I went on BRU site yetsrday and they do not have ot anymore. Any suggestions on where else I can look for this?

We just moved into a high ranch and the gate we have at the stairs is making me nervous.

I have this gate and believe I ordered online from either BRU or Amazon. It's light wood colored, I can't remember the brand.
