Maybe it was the time of year (may-July) but I found the bellmore location to be very unorganized and run by teens. Our first 1:1 session was with a sub instructor. We ended up switching to mommy & me bc DD was a mess the first 2 classes. The mommy & me was better but our instructor was out for prom one time and a few times said she was distracted bc of finals and graduation stuff. It was expensive and left a bad taste in my mouth. The front desk seemed really unorganized too with rescheduling a class that was canceled bc of vomit in the pool (which we weren't called about ahead of time so when we got there DD was very upset we weren't going in the pool). I ended up not renewing when the 6 weeks were up. Like I said I don't know if it was just the time of year that the instructors were graduating and college kids were home but for the money we paid it was disappointing.

the bellmore one, is still run by teens, and while the facility is newer, i think the instructors are much much better at east meadow
