Running with a jogging stroller?
A few questions: DD is 5 months old. She is in the infant carrier that attaches to the BOB. Right now we only walk her in it...is she old enough for me to start doing some light running? She has head control, but she is not sitting up or roller from back to belly yet.
Also, when you run with a jogging stroller, do you run on the sidewalk or the street? The sidewalks here are really old and broken up which makes me think it may be too hard to run on with the stroller and definitely not a smooth ride for DD. I can stay on side streets, but is it not a smart idea to run in the street?
Lastly, how hard is it to run with a stroller? I'm just getting my stride back and can do about 5 miles now without the stroller with lots of hills. Should I assumer that I will only be able to do a portion of that mileage?
Thanks for the help!

Re: Running with a jogging stroller?
Everything I read said to wait until dc was 6 months old to run. I started running with my kids when dd was 9 months old. I run in the road since there is no way I could run with a double jogger on the sidewalk. Plus the asphalt is much easier to run on then the concrete sidewalks. You will notice you change your stride when jogging with the stroller but I have no issues switching to jogging alone one day then with the kids the next. It is not hard just different. Your posture and stride are different and you will not be able to run as far/fast with the jogger. But I am also basing this in running with a double jogger and 50lbs worth of kids lol. I love jogging with my kids and they love going running with me. I hope you and your dd enjoy it too.
