Running outside...
is SO much harder
Last night DH wanted to go for a run. He is in excellent shape and works out 4 nights a week.
He does mostly weights and calestietics bc he gets a lot of cardio to and from work..anyway...
I told him how I am going to start running and he suggested we go for a run /jog.
There he he jogging along like it is the easiest thing in the world.
Meanwhile I exercise 3-4 times a week....and I am huffing and puffing!
I couldn't believe it....
I am heading to the gym to run on the treadmill I am determined to get better at this!

Re: Running outside...
When I first started running about 9 months ago the first 3 months I would only run on the treadmill then I started running outside and I love it and find it so much easier (except when it is really hot out)! Now I dread the days when I have to run on the treadmill b/c it is dark out when i get home and don't want to run alone in the dark! I personaly find it much easier to run outside. JMO.

bored. Looking a house decor too keeps

ME too. I started about 5 months ago on the treadmill and then took it outside and I prefer running outdoors as well. The only think I hate is that my mile is faster on the treadmill.

Re: Running outside...
I know for me, it was difficult at first. I was strictly a tread runner. But, it ends up getting easier. try no to keep up. Go at your own pace.
Now that i am an outside runner, it's more difficult on the treadmill. On the tread, your legs do way too much work.
