Running and Aunt Flo
I hope this post isn't TMI but I noticed that since I started running my period is off schedule. Arriving a few days late or not at all. Has this happened to anyone else?

It's definitely changed. I feel like I have fewer symptons and it's harder to figure out when it is coming.

Re: Running and Aunt Flo
I have been running since the start of puberty and my periods have always been much lighter and easier than my friends.
