RSofNY patients
So my RE referred DH to get some additional testing done and my RE and reg OBGYN were both sent the results. My OB called yesterday and said based on the results, we should probably sit down with our RE again to discuss if it's worth it to do anymore IUIs or go straight to IVF (few days away from finding out if 1st IUI was successful). I obviously wanted to speak to my RE about this right away so I called and left a message yesterday afternoon (where it says to leave a message if you are calling for test results or to speak to a nurse) to speak to my dr about these results-- and I still haven't gotten a phone call and now the office is closed? Is there a better way to get through to my RE about this? TIA girls!

If you left a message after 2pm yesterday, they should have definitely called you by today! The results that the nurses have and will discuss are the blood/sono results that are done in the office. If you had outside testing done, then they probably didn't have those results at the nurses station when they got your message. They are open tomorrow, so I would call first thing in the morning, that way you can call back a couple of times if they don't call you back. How frustrating, I'm sorry!

No I called and unfortunately I was told my RE isn't in this weekend  I'm going to just call again Monday and let them know I've been waiting since Thurs to hear from my dr. Thanks for asking

Have you heard yet? Anytime we've had a question for the nurses they have called us back, but I've never left a message for my RE.

Yes, I did get a call back today. I was leaving a message on the nurses' line but apparently to speak to a doctor it's better to call the appointment line and leave a message there fyi for future.
