RP: Good Interview Questions?
i'm going on an interview on monday and need some good questions to ask the interviewer. Can you please post good ones for me? Thanks! (I'm drawing a blank!)

2. What are you looking for in a candidate?
3. What do you like best about working here?
4. Any specific questions about the co. / dept. that you have after doing research about the organization.

make sure you research the company thorughly and ask anything you don't understand or would like more info about.
Ask if it is a newly created position or will you be replacing someone?
If you are replacing someone, why are they leaving that position?
Is it a "growth position"?
Is there much promotion from within?
What will be expected from you as far as developing the position?
Is there training involved or will you be expected to learn on your own?
