Round Ligament Pain
at 23 weeks? Has anyone experienced this? Have been feeling it around my ovaries since last night. It comes on and off.

I had it from week 15 to week 39 with my first. Its a PITA, I know but the only thing that helps is fluids and doing the complete opposite of what ever you were doing at the time of the pain, i.e. sit if you are standing, etc.
