I would have to say easy - since although I got easily annoyed, I didn't make a big deal out of it to them (I did however kick my one roomates stuffed bear all around the room in a fit of rage - and have been known to rant and rave like a lunitic, but only when no one else was around.) I'm wasn't the neatest, but not too terrible either.
With DH though, well, he may beg to differ.

My post-college roomate has had about 12 roomates since me & says I am the easiest to live with out of all of them, so I like to believe that!

It depends who you ask- I lived with neatniks who I am sure found me difficult to live with. But DH would say I am easy (to live with, that is! ) because I am easygoing and we have similar attittudes towards housework.
