Room for one more?
After a devastating MC in Jan, I'm now pregnant again YAY! Fingers crossed that all goes well.
Question about pre-natals. I'm taking one day w/ DHA is this the popular prenatal that everyone is taking or are there better over the counter pills that have higher dosage of folic acid and vitamin d?

That's what I'm taking and both my RE and OB were fine with me taking that one.

I was wondering about taking extra vitamin D but was going to wait until I speak with the Dr. in a few weeks.

i'm waiting until my next appointment next week to ask if i can take the vitamin D. I take the prescription prenatal vitamins, Vitafol with DHA

hello hello
welcome and congrats 
when i was diagnosed with gd i was told to take vit d3. i have no idea what the difference is between d & d3. i just im just doing what the nutritionist told me to do.
oh i was also told to take iron and calcium on top of the prenatals. not everyone needs to. this was based on my blood results
