[Roof before & after] + aggravation

Our roof was about 20 years old and the staining got worse each year After the top pic was taken, the right side of the roof got even worse and was covered in moss. Then Sandy hit, then the Nor'Easter, and we started getting leaks.

The roofer / construction company we used (PM for the name) was based on a recco that I found here. The price was definitely right, but it wasn't a multi-crew operation so it took three months for the job to start, even though the original estimate was December. (it just finished this week)

All the minor and major annoyances piled up and aggravated me over time but today was the kicker. The job finished days ago, the dumpster is still blocking part of my driveway, and my husband found about 20 cigarette butts all over the back lawn this morning. Which makes me think we'll find more crap in the front too once the snow melts.

Although I'm happy I have a new roof for this storm today, I'd say you could do better than this company so go ahead and PM me for more info if you want it.

Sorry for the hassle. Call the number on the dumpster and have them pick it up....
