Rocking Horse Ranch
Looks fun, and I always contemplate going, but it's super super expensive for what it is. Look at the reviews on Trip Adviser, they are good.

I would also look into Woodloch nod then decide which us the best fit for your family.

We go yearly in the winter. we love it but it is expensive. however everything is included even tips. they serve 3 meals a day and the food is very good. In the winter they have snow tubing and small ski mountain and ice skating. As well as horseback riding. I believe kids have to be 7 to ride. Most people bring up their own liquor. The only charges you would have is if you use the child camp, or spa or if you buy your drinks at the bar and of course the gift shop. Rooms are big 2 queen beds and a bunk bed.
