Roasting Veggies - Pan?
What kind of pan or baking dish do you use to roast veggies?
I keep ruining my cookie sheets because the olive oil leaves a stain or I get burn marks.
I will use a corning wear dish for veggies - but especially potatoes, what kind of dish do you use? Am I doing something wrong to ruin my pans like this? They are calphalon nonstick pans, I thought they were decent quality?

I use calphalon nonstick pans also. They do get a bit stained but I don't worry about it. If I'm making cookies on them I just use a silpat underneath.
For potatoes, I like to use my pampered chef stoneware.

I use a 9x13 cake pan, but cover it in foil first so it doesn't ruin the pan.

Same here. Tin foil is my friend.
