I cut the potatoes up so that you would be able to put an entire one in your mouth. Then I use the Lipton Soup mix and the directions on that to make the seasoning on them. I think you have to cook them for around 45 minutes that way.

Re: roasted potatoes - HELP!
I slice them into wedges (regular potatoes) and roast them at 475 for 30 minutes. Make sure you toss them a few times when they're in there.. and I like to have them in one layer (not where they're all on top of one another).
Once they're cooked through, broil for a little while after so they get nice and crispy!

Don't overcrowd the pan - everytime I do they aren't as crispy and delicious. I also make the wedges on the slender side or do small chunks.

Re: roasted potatoes - HELP!
-Cut them into small pieces. -Put down Reynolds Release foil on a pan -Toss potatoes in EVOO, put spices on. -Put them in the pan, on the foil "guts" side down (not skin side down). Cover pan with foil. -Roast ~20mins at 450. -Remove foil, spray a little pam, flip all of the pieces, spray a little more Pam. (all that Pam will help crisp them and make them golden) -Cook for about 20 more minutes.

Re: roasted potatoes - HELP!
My advice, par boil them for about 5 minutes, and put them in HOT oil, not cold oil.

Re: roasted potatoes - HELP!
lol, you got so many diff ways on here. I cut them pretty small - maybe into 2-3 inch pieces , toss in olive oil w/salt/pepper/garlic powder and cook at 425 for almost an hour, I check on them often and turn them often, they come out super crispy
