Roasted Corn
How do you make it?
I usually get it every year at the pumpkin farms and I LOVE it! If I were to do it at home, how would I? Oven? Grill? and how long?

Re: Roasted Corn
Wrap the whole think (husk and all) in tin foil and throw it on the grill for about 20/30 minutes.
I worked in a roasted corn stand for three years , You can also buy extra at the pumpkin patch and throw it on the grill or in the oven just to warm it up...it comes out just as good! I used to get to take home the extra corn.

Awesome! That's easy enough!

Re: Roasted Corn
I peel back the husk, remove the silk and then rub butter allll over the kernels. Add some salt and pepper and then pull the husk back up. Then I wrap it in tin foil and throw it on the fire for a while until it's cooked!

Re: Roasted Corn
We soak it in salted water (usually in a bucket) with the husks on, then throw it on the grill, turning it every 5 minutes or so, and after about 15 minute I would say, its ready! Pull back the husks, add some butter and salt and YUMMM
