Roasted Chicken
Sounds silly question but I've never made a roasted chicken. Any suggestions or recipes?
Thanks.

Re: Roasted Chicken
There is a thread from last week on that!
pretty much stuff the cavity with a lemon cut in half, some gloves of garlic and herbs (rosemary and Thyme). drizzle EVOO on it, salt, pepper and sprinkle with more herbs and pop in the oven!
ETA I put 1 or 2 quarter onions in the pan and a little water. helps with making gravy after!

Re: Roasted Chicken
I love the idea of making 2 of them, 1 for dinner and the other for lunches and salads during the week.
Can't wait to make it.
