Roasted chicken - how long good for?
We have left over roasted chicken from Saturday night dinner. Do you think it would still be ok to eat today? I was thinking of making soup.

It should be as long as it's been in the fridge the whole time.
I always smell things.
If it passes the smell test- it's good.
Never gotten sick using this method!

I give all cooked food 4 days in the fridge and then I toss it. I don't know if that's a good rule of thumb but that's what I do.
