River head area weather today
I'm in Queens where the weather looks totally fine for today. I had wanted to take my kids to Harbes today to go apple picking but the forecast is still saying high winds? Anyone out there? How's the weather? If you were me, would you go? Thanks!

I am about half hour west of Riverhead and it's fine here.
Cloudy and cool. Not windy at all.
In fact not even a breeze.
In fact a friend of ours just left to take his kids to Splish Splash in Riverhead. Personally I think he is nuts because it's way too cool out for that IMO, but he has season passes and today is the last day so he promised the kids.
But bottom line, I think you'll be fine to go out there.

I'm 5 minutes from Harbes and currently it's cloudy and cool. A little breezy, but not bad.
