Richmond Hill area - Queens experts, please help

Are Jamaica or Kew Gardens train stations to Richmond Hill? Do any subways run through? I need to get to midtown from Richmond Hill.

TIA!

The J train runs through there...it's not the same lines as Kew Gardens. You can take the J to "East New York" Chat Icon and transfer to the A to Midtown...or take the J all the way to Delancey Chat Icon and transfer to the F to Midtown. Both places svck because the J goes through some pretty rough spots.

The Chat Icon stuck out way before I read a word. I have a ride to a train station - should I just ask to be driven to Jamaica station?

Honestly, the A train is the best way to go. You can take it straight to midtown.
and its cheaper than lirr!

its about a 35-40 min ride

Yeah...take a ride to the nearest A train station...and do that instead.

Where in RH will you be?

I can try to do the A train - thanks, Jeanine.

Sasha, I don't remember where; some catering hall. If I'm not driving, I never know where exactly I'm going.

I'm going to a christening - I know for a fact that it's not Fleur de Lis. It's an Italian name.

What are you doing up?

I went to a wedding there...it's a nice place. And really affordable. We might have DH's parent's anniversary there. Enjoy! Chat Icon
