Rice and Peas! (New ADA Toothpaste Recommendations)
Rice and Peas! Those are the new toothpaste recommendations from the ADA. Fluoride toothpaste should be used as soon as the first tooth erupts, and only a rice-sized smear should be used. From 3 to 6, use a pea-sized amount of fluoride toothpaste. Remember, Rice and Peas for No Cavities!
